Galvatech is a family owned and managed business that has been protecting and servicing the steel industry in Sydney & Central West for the last 40 years.

Galvatech is known for its efficiency and reliability, our factory is centrally located in Padstow, just off the M5 Fairford road exit, half an hour from Sydney CBD.

Hot Dip Galvanizing fabricated ferrous steel with molten zinc provides long life, fast application, complete coverage inside and outside of the tube, as well as coating toughness, adhesion, cathodic protection, topcoats e.g. Duplex paint system, faster construction, competitive first cost and is environmentally friendly.

Galvatech is also a member of the Galvanizers Association of Australia since 1975 and was a co-winner of the prestigious Sorel Award in 2015.

Our Services

We are able to advise technical specifications to make sure that your products are manufactured in the most appropriate way to ensure the highest level of corrosion protection when your work is being galvanized. Most jobs can be completed with just a single dip.

Lengths of up to 13.5m can also be double ended-dipped. With a bath size of 9.5m long, 1.6m wide & 2.6m deep. We are capable of galvanizing frames up to 2.4m in height in a single dip.

We provide an efficient turnaround time fulfilling the customer’s requirements with transportation available throughout Sydney and central west.
